Thank you for shopping with us! Each order is crafted with care and made just for you. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

 

Processing Time

All of our products are made-to-order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your item ships. During peak seasons or large promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

We will notify you via email once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing for international orders.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our studio. If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it:

  • Double-check the shipping address provided at checkout

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office

  • Contact the carrier directly to file a claim

We’re happy to help you through the process, but we cannot issue refunds for packages marked as delivered.

 

International Orders

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
