Thank you for your purchase! We take pride in creating custom accessories and clothing made just for you. Because each item is handmade and made-to-order, please review our refund policy carefully.

 

Custom Orders

All sales on custom items are final. This includes personalized accessories, clothing, or any item made to your specifications. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing provided by the customer

  • Changes of mind

  • Custom colors, names, or designs

We encourage you to double-check all details, including spelling, measurements, and custom choices before submitting your order.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with the following:

  • A clear photo of the item and the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Your order number

Once we confirm the issue, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit. We do not offer refunds on damaged items, only replacements or credit.

 

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to carrier errors. If you experience a shipping issue, we will assist in providing tracking information and filing a claim if needed.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of placing your order. After that, we begin the custom process and cannot cancel your order.
